      On Saturday, February 15th, 2025, at approximately 9 AM, I went to Aldi located to *****************************************************************************************, to go shopping. I have purchased a 5.27 Lb of "Pork **** Roast" (******) for ***** dollars. The label showed a 3.29 dollars per pound. Upon arrival at home, I realized the package did not look to weigh five pounds. I weighed the package without opening it, and my electronic scale showed ***** Lb. I returned to the store and asked a cashier to place the package on the cash register scale. The scale showed 3.55 Lb. The difference between the package label and the actual weight of the meet was 1.72 Lb. The cashier said I should have paid more, not what I actually paid. I had to explain that the store charged me more money for less meat. A few seconds later, she realized what she had done and reimbursed me 5.79 dollars for the difference. The point is, how many times in the past were the consumers charged more money for something they didn't receive? I kept my receipts and took pictures and a video for the record.

      I enjoy shopping at Aldi. The stores in my area are usually well-stocked and have friendly staff. The purpose of this review is to draw attention to the Twice as Nice guarantee that is heavily marketed (on most packaging) with its own sub-brand. The practice of the guarantee is nil in my experience. On several occasions, I've returned the product with the receipt. The product has either gone bad before its sell by date or on one occasion was below standard in taste. In all instances, I was given a refund but not offered a replacement product. Though I wouldn't expect what amounts to a double refund, the Twice as Nice guarantee takes away from the Aldi brand if indeed it isn't practiced. My encouragement is for all stores to either offer what the company guarantees or drop the program and logo from all labels. Otherwise, this breeds confusion and inconsistency for customer service and brings down the image of Aldi.

      I bought cattleman's Ranch Black ***** ***** and Cheddar cheese 6 pack in Aldi's, the burger is good but false advertising, it doesn't have any bacon or cheddar cheese in it ,not even the smell of it.

      I went to his Aldi and the guy at the cash register his name is ****** and he was asking me if I happened to have a problem I didn't even speak and I was wearing sunglasses I'm going to have to start instacarting ..the cameras are there to witness what happened ..its not very comfortable to go to a store like Aldi and have a cahier that's suppose to be friendly and helpful ask if you had a problem the stores location is ******************************** the incident happened at 7 :20pm 09/17/2024 this was not very professional at all this guy shouldn't even be working as a customer service clerk if he can't even handle a situation like that professionally.

      I have been buying the sliced rib eye for a while I make a sandwich on a ****** French roll with A 1 sauce peppers and onions . I have told everyone I know how great these are . The last 3 I have bought have been terrible, tough chewy like rubber . Not sure Sahara happened but I'm done buying the sliced rib eyes and I will tell everyone I know . Too bad because I would have one of those sandwich daily.

      NOT buying this "we're cutting every corner, ESPECIALLY LACK OF SUPPORT, to save you money" crapola. That's to save the company money. I've already had two calls today to support and manage to get past the offshore gatekeeper but now that they have sent me a canned email response to my case from a no reply address that didn't even remotely touch on what I called about. I had to come here. I've only been to this store twice and that's two times too many. I initially jumped through all their hoops to ask if all of the meat in their case was previously frozen as I witnessed a ******* loading up the case with packages of ground beef from two different brands all with ice on them. I had asked them if it can be refrozen once I bring it home and consumed after I defrost it a second time. The ******* was as clueless as the ***. I had to create a case through their website and wait for a call back. After reading every number off the front and back labels for both products I was told it would take two weeks to get a response. I got an email today about one of the two brands, from a ******* email address. Called back requesting a USA supervisor and was repeatedly denied any further contact. I want to return my products for a full refund. Already files a case with the local health inspector and the ***.

      The place is closed early. They do not respect customer service. I showed up here at 7:45. It should’ve been 15 minutes left to come into the store. They close early and disregarded me. I would like to report to the business business bureau. Anybody who comes to horrible service thank you.

      Lack of employee I came in with a service animal, not 5 feet in. Young employee. Said that dog can't be in here, just like that I said she can be, he said I need proof, I was flabbergasted, forgot my phone I said really, he said yes, I came back in store and showed my phone with an old resume on it, and he squinted his eyes. And said yup no apologies and I told him you can't ask to see that but I will. Almost worse than that Aldi has a junior customer service rep call me and tell me they will hear my story pass on to their district. He literally told me he has time for me. Never once during his vomit of sentences, ask if I had time. Then basically asked if I had receipt to prove I was there. Felt like a *****, and he offered me 10 dollars. A joke, don't offer me Any money, tell me what the associate did wrong , wont happen again. A joke.

      This is just my experience with Aldi pickup.DO NOT utilize the pickup option unless you are prepared for the overall charge to come out of your account TWICE- and stay that way for days. They don't tell you beforehand that the "holding amount" can take up to a week to not show on your account. I have never had this issue using ******* pickup. Their holding charge has never come out at the same time as the end amount. So, clearly, it is possible to not charge people this way. Aldi's pickup system is a horrible way to do business, and their customer service is no help. It's ironic that part of their marketing scheme is saying how they have the lowest prices. So, they're "saving" you money. But when it comes to payment issues- well, those overdraft fees are just my problem. Have the day you deserve, Aldi.

      Aldis in ******, **. They have terrible customer service, I love everything about the store except the people who work there. I load my cart carefully so that I can be quick on the belt and off the belt and then the cashier always acts annoyed that I bought groceries. On top of that they cannot wait five seconds for me to switch out the carts so I dont have to move my toddler out of the seat, so instead I have to get my toddler and all of my other bags out of the cart and transfer them into the next cart making sure to buckle her in safely. Then they are immediately asking me to put my card in before I can even see what the amount will be. The whole experience is rushed and stressful for me. On top of that, they throw your bread and produce into the cart, today July 4, 2024, the cashier didnt wait long enough for my bananas to be weighed so she grabbed them back out of my cart and slammed them on the belt. How much you want to bet those bananas will be brown and bruised tomorrow?Im so tired of this behavior and being treated like this every single time I shop here. Its immensely frustrating to spend hard earned money here because the prices are very good and then have the cashier with a bad attitude smash everything and waste your money.
