      Salesman came into my buisness selling steaks. He said it was buy one box get one free. $379 before tax. 2 boxes full of steak. He said it was $3/lb! Grass fed high quality steak! He lied. It did not even come close to $3/lb once I got home and weighed all the meat. It was $12/lb. Half of which were burgers. Quality of meat was poor. Lots of added sugars, yeast, broth and ingredients in every steak and burger. Which meat is not grass fed. Iowa steak company is a scam. They lie to clientele to make sales.

      I bought boxes of combination of steak, hamburgers etc. for $180.00 while I was at a salon getting my hair done. It was sold as prime beef! We tried several things and it was terrible. Picture is of a rib eye steak that was so tuff and full of gristle! I still have many boxes of this meat that is the worst meat and not any way prime as it was sold to me!

      On November 11, 2023 a representative from this company came into my workplace to sell his box of meat. Turns out everything he said to sell this meat was a lie. He claimed that he has loyal customers in the complex that buy from him every year, a whole story about why they have so much surplus meat right now that they are selling for such a great deal....all lies. Something about covid and freezer space? Claimed that the meat was from local farms here in **, all the best quality, that there was a warranty on the meat not to freezer burn for a year. And what should have been a red flag is he had me hand write out a generic credit card form that he promised would be destroyed. But because he catches people at work that have to hurry through the transaction and get back to work, I just wasn't thinking like I should have plus no time to do research or check out the business because of having to get back to work. After work when I had time I tried to pull up info on the company and literally any number available was disconnected and the address that came up on my credit card for them is some house in CA. Also discovered from reviews that the meat is from some place in ** and are terrible, mostly inedible cuts of meat with fillers. I stopped by one if the businesses he said were loyal customers and that was a lie. I will not even attempt to eat it. I have filed a dispute with Discover and have a temporary credit. Apparently the company provided something that Discover didn't consider valid proof but is still being given time to come up with something else. Very Frustrating!!!

      One of the sales representatives came to my work and sold me 2 boxes of steaks. Not only where the steaks terrible but I was over charged! I agreed to pay $175 per box but was charged $380. All of the contact information I was given is fake. The website and phone number don't work. The only "corporate" number I've found only gives you the option to the sales department and they hang up on you if you ask for customer service. I've called 5 times and have been hung up on each time. I want my money back!

      On 03/01/2023 I purchased from a traveling salesman a case of steaks and burgers. I paid $189 for the products. I was told this was a 40 count case. there were only 36 count. I was told the burgers were pure beef....upon closer inspection there is also bread crumbs added to the ground beef *****. I tried 14 times to contact the company buy the listed number on the internet....it rings 3 times and then disconnects. I should have checked the product our better.....but this company should answer their phone. I was told by the sales rep I had a year guarantee of satisfaction. not much guarantee when they don't answer the phone. The phone number for the ********* company is ************

      They had one of their small trucks come by the house. They sold me a box of steaks. The man that sold them to me, *********************, told me the steaks were guaranteed or your money back. I tried the steak fillet and they were like rubber and had no taste to them. I had ******#**;s number and told him about the steaks. He said try a New York strip and I said ok I will try them. It did not have hardly any flavor and was no good. I told him to come back and pick up the box of steaks and refund my money. He told me he had to talk to his boss. He said he would call me back. He told me his boss told him that he could not refund my money. I told him you said you would give me my money back if I did not like the steaks. He said this is all he could do and I said it was not good enough. On my bank statement it was Iowa Steak Company out of ********, **. He told me his boss&#**;s name was *****. The price was $204.72 for the box of steaks.

      I had purchased from this company a year ago and have not since. They used the same card on 7/7/2022 to make another charge which I had no recurring business with them. It was taken off my ******** link card. 80$ is a lot when you only receive a little over 100$

      **** steaks company came to my house on June 27th 2022 i bought a box of steaks paid part ebt and part credit cars and They charged my ebt card on June 27th 2022then charged my ebt card again on July 5th 2022
