A Uniform service company Vestis (formerly Aramark) refuses to end their services with our company despite being notified three times in writing that we no longer require their service. They claim that they have a contract with us that automatically renews each year. We did not have a record of such contract on file. When requested to provide one, they sent us a copy of an agreement signed by an administrative assistant back in 2019. This person had no authorization to sign contracts on behalf of our company and was with the company only a short time. Since 2019 Vestis gradually increased their weekly prices from $43.00 in 2019 to $179.65 in 2024. This is a level that we can no longer sustain. We have fewer than 10 employees requiring uniforms, only 2 sent uniforms to be cleaned. We wish to terminate the service. The account manager refuses to end the services, threating to sue us and continues to send us weekly invoices for a service which has ceased. Communication is by telephone only. He refuses to put correspondence in email format despite numerous requests to do so. His manner on these calls is always rude and aggressive with a constant threat of legal action against us. The frequency of his calls has increased to twice weekly with more recent threats to send us to collections for payment of the invoices for which no service was provided. We need these weekly harassment calls, and invoices for a service which was not provided, to stop. We also wish to warn other businesses against getting involved with this ruthless company.********* *.Bookkeeper MALOYA ******************************** Ph: ************ Fx: ************

WORST CUSTOMER ********************** I HAVE EVER SEEN. NO RETURN CALLS, NO VISITS TO OUR BUSINESS TO CORRECT THE ISSUES, EVEN THO THEY PROMISE TO SHOW UP. PRICE INCREASES, UNIFORMS RIPPED, STAINED. UNIFORMS ARE NOT ALL RETURNED EACH WEEK AND ARE MISSING. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES, WITH NO RESULTS. *** TRIED TO CONTACT MANAGERS, BUT THE EMAILS DO NOT WORK.

The company provided weekly service delivering linens, aprons, paper goods, and soap. During a transitionary period when our restaurant was not operating at full capacity, I spoke to the Territory Manager directly on 10/1/24 and requested that weekly service be suspended temporarily. He confirmed that service would be suspended until January 2025. Then, on 10/3/24, despite our conversation, I received a full invoice. I forwarded the invoice to the Territory Manager and asked if service and billing were suspended as discussed. He replied, "Yes, you are suspended. Our system was down, and we could not credit any invoices due to this issue. I will correct this for you." This email exchange has been uploaded as a supporting document. The representative never corrected this despite numerous communications from myself pointing out the error and requesting an adjustment. I have uploaded an invoice from 1/31/25, where the October service billing is STILL present, even though I have reported this error to the company on a weekly basis. These invoices continued to be delivered weekly and I continued to report to the company that my service and billing is in a suspended status, as stated to me directly by the Territory Manager. Additionally, I received invoices that reported delivery had occurred when our security system confirmed that nobody had entered the facility to make a delivery. Yet they refuse to make any corrections. The company is threatening to send this balance to a collection agency, yet it is a completely INVALID invoice. Their representative stated directly that we would not be billed from October ******************************** every week and ignore my demands to correct their error. This is a completely junk invoice and the company ignores the situation despite numerous requests that they stop billing me for service that we did not request nor receive.Billing a customer for ********************** that has not been requested or received is not acceptable.

I started services a year ago on a weekly basis. After several months, Vestis started servicing bi-weekly but still charged me on a weekly basis for services that I did not receive. When I first started services (Aramark at the time), I was told that there is no contract & services can be cancelled at any time. This was the reason for agreeing to services from Vestis (Aramark). When I tried cancelling services, I was told by the territory manager that there is a 3 year contract and I would have to pay for damages for breach of contract. I was emailed a copy of a contract that I have never seen nor signed. My name was electronically put in it. When I emailed the territory manager regarding this, he responded that this was the only contract that there was and there was no agreement to use electronic signature. I was given false information when I first agreed to services and now that I am trying to cancel services, Vestis want me to pay the remaining contract that I did not sign. Had I been presented with a 36 month contract when agreeing to services, I would not have signed it.Vestis is a large company that bullies small businesses like mine into paying for services that they do not receive & paying for false contracts. I can only believe that I am not the only business that Vestis has done this to.

Our Company ******* (*******************) rented floor mats, and mop heads from Vestis/Aramark. They come every other week and swap out 5 mats, and the mop heads. I recently discovered that although we were getting billed for the service, the company was not showing up (and hasn't been for months) and we only had dirty mats and mops that they bill us around $200 a month for. Looking closer at the bill, they were using my initials to "sign" the invoices. Our office manager was paying the bills because she was not aware of the lack of service. All of these bills should and won't be refunded. I decided to not do business with Vestis/Aramark anymore. Now the company is trying to hold me to a contract EVEN THOUGH on multiple occasions I refused to enter into a contract with them and our service *** admits to remembering this. They will not pick up their dirty products, and I refused service. To sum it up, they stole from our company, forged invoice signatures, and apparently forged a contract. I no longer want or need their service. I would like a refund for the past six months, but would settle for them never contacting me again and picking up their soiled mats and mops. Thank you

Hi I write to you with no where else to turn in the hopes that this company can be looked into. 6 Years ago I signed an agreement with **********. They became Aramark and are now Vestis. The drivers will come and bring only partial orders and never credit me for any of the missing items. When I told them this and gave them a 60 day notice of termination they said I was not allowed to get out of the 5 year contract because it was renewed automatically for another 5 years without discussion. That alone seems unethical. There should be a requirement stating that they have to notify that you renewal is coming up. To then not be allowed to give notice of termination is crazy. They have so many complaints against there business and I'm hoping that you will look into this company.

Signed a 3 year agreement with Aramark back in 2019. I didn't want to renew the agreement back in Nov 2022, they said I signed a 5 year agreement and forged my signature on supporting documents. Jump to Nov 2024 we try and see what ****** has to offer who took over Aramark. They ignore us then say we didn't send them a cancelation letter with in 60 days and are now locked into Aramark's original agreement. I want to be absolved from the contract renewing due to forgery of Aramark and the blatant disregard by ****** to respond to our request to smooth over a new agreement before the contract would auto renewed. This account is meaningless to our sales *** who said he has 1000's of accounts and didn't even know what ours had in it. I am getting extremely fed up with these bogus BBB complaints.  Do you people do any research or due diligence whatsoever? Do you look up an organization's EIN Number( mine is **********) before you post these ridiculous complaints?  I am NOT THE VESTIS ASSOCIATED WITH ARAMARK - I believe they are Vestis Services LLC or something akin to that.  *********** Vestis *** incorporated in 2015 and has only one location in **********, ************ and we are a men's clothing store - even though this ***** ****** fellow didn't do any due diligence I'd expect more research from an organization like the BBB.  if I keep getting these spurious complaints from individuals who have no done even ONE IOTA of research, I'm going to look to pursue legal action against the BBB.  Once again, I AM NOT THE VESTIS ASSOCIATED WITH ARAMARK - if you see the name Aramark (they incorporated as Vestis less than 2 years ago), please do not direct the complaint at me.  Im a small business owner with a family and very irritated to spend my precious time that I should be using to run my business to deal with complaints like this.  I'm fed up.

I have been an Aramark customer since 2022 (which is when we bought our business). The account manager **** is the one who signed me up. We are a seasonal business, and I specifically asked him if that will work as we are closed 4-5 months per year. He said no problem, well now that it is Vestis apparently it is a problem. Of course, **** has moved into a new position and can't help me. He referred me to ***** who is absolutely useless. I have been billed while we are closed, I have been billed even when their driver doesn't come out. I have text messages that say his truck broke down, and another one was he wasn't coming out until my bill was squared away. I was billed for both events even though there was no delivery! They are signing the invoice that says they were here. Isn't that illegal? I thought the customer signs for delivery?? I am absolutely at my wits end with this horrible company. They haven't helped me but yet they continue to bill me, and we are now up to $1,119.65. Their accounts receivable calls me because of the overdue invoices. She asks me if anyone has called me yet. I tell her no and she says she will have them call me. 3 times they were supposed to call me, and I haven't heard from them yet. I am now going to file a complaint with the *********************************** and see if they can help me. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH ARAMARK / VESTIS!!!!

When I switched from Cintas to Aarmark, I was verbally assured that I would not be locked into a long-term contract and that I could easily discontinue service if I was dissatisfied. My primary reason for choosing Aarmark was their towel service, which unfortunately led to immediate complaints from my customers about stains, black hairs, and cotton fibers coming off the towels. Despite my repeated calls to my area manager, ****, the suggested solutionsswitching to a higher-end toweldid not resolve the issues. Ultimately, Vestis offered to stop the towel service entirely, disregarding my initial needs. While I continued with some of their other services out of convenience, I repeatedly requested the removal of unused towel racks and laundry bags from my invoices. This request was consistently ignored, leading me to halt payments until the billing issues were addressed. Despite my attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction and request service cancellation, I received no response. Instead, I was threatened with equipment removal for non-payment, even though I had made it clear that I wanted the unused equipment picked up.After Vestis rebranded from Aarmark, I learned about their policy requiring a certified letter to cancel services, which I had never been informed of during my initial communications. I promptly sent a certified letter to cancel my account but received no acknowledgment.Currently, I still have the equipment stored at my personal residence, and my account has been sent to collections. *** *******, the representative handling my account, stated that ******************** relies on customers not reading the fine print to make it difficult to exit contracts. As a small business owner and single mother who has navigated the challenges of running a gym during the pandemic, I find a five-year contract for basic supplies to be unreasonable, especially when I have made numerous attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction.Attached is the remainder of my response.
