    I purchased a product from a seller in OK on 10/1 and I live in **. I was notified by the seller of the tracking number for Fast Track Delivery Express and that they had the product and it would be delivered by 10/2. I get an email from them stating that there is a REFUNDABLE insurance fee of $100 that needed to be paid before they delivered which I paid reluctantly. They then indicated that there was another REFUNDABLE VIP Narcotic sealed stamp fee that was required by the state of $95.40. I questioned this and asked multiple times for them to provide me with where this was a state requirement. Keep in mind, I was purchasing a part for my vehicle and it was coming from OK to **. I questioned if it was REFUNDABLE, why it needed to be paid. I reluctantly paid that and they said the product would be delivered the morning of 10/6/2024. No delivery happened and I continued to try to reach them the entire weekend with no response to my emails or chat via their website ******************************************************************************. They emailed me the morning of 10/7/2024 stating that my order has been charged with a tax. No explanation why or what the fee is and they are not responding to my questions. I have asked for help from the seller of the product I bought, there is no phone number for this Fast Track Express Delivery and I am not sure what my recourse can be at this point! I paid for a product, the shipping company is trying to extort money from me and holding my product hostage. There would be a 0 star rating if that was an option.

    I've been waiting on a package since early November. It says it is in Jamaica ** and keeps says it is leaving then returning there. I want me money back on the items I purchased. This Fast Track Express company is a scam for company's to use to take peoples money

    I have been waiting forever on eyeglasses from LensMart. It does back and forth with shipping and arriving but not going anywhere! Jamaica ** is where its supposed to be but not moving a bit!!! This is apparently a scam show and Ill be reporting it as fraudulent. Never do business with *****!

    Same as the other review. The site I purchased a jacket from shipped using them and it's been "departing" and "arriving" back at their facility in ** for WEEKS NOW. When you try to call, it goes through an automated service and then says the number is not in service. The company I ordered from also won't refund my money so I am ALSO flagging the charge as fraudulent. This shipping company is a SCAM.

    I'm trying to get a refund from the company I ordered a jersey from, and they say they can't issue a refund until I receive the package, so I can send it back to them. Surprise surprise the package has been sitting with FAST TRACK EXPRESS for the past 11 days. It should not take **** 11 days to get the package. I regret ever ordering through the site, and should've read up on it beforehand. Bad on my part. I put in a fraudulent charge flag on my credit card. They're looking into it.

    I think this company is in cahoots with the company that I ordered from. My package has been sitting at this facility for a MONTH!!! it should be shut down.

    I have a package that has been sitting at this facility for 10 days now. Not sure if they are legitimate or if they have something going on with the company that I ordered from. Someone needs to investigate!!

    I have same problem as others. My packages have been sitting with this so called shipping company for 9 days now and hasnt been moved to the **** system. I am way over due to receive my packages. I think there is some fishy fraud going on here somewhere between the company I ordered from and this company. Just taking peoples money and never actually delivering anything.

    I wish there was a Zero Star rating for this company. My package has been sitting at their location for 10 days and hasnt moved to the post office yet. They also dont provide daily updates or information. They also dont have a phone number to call. Terrible service.

    I have tracked a package that Im expecting that has been sitting at this facility for 8 days. Why does it take this long to move a package and get it to a local post office or customer? There is no working contact numbers to call someone to assist either.
