I had the most horrific experience on May 10, 2022 at the **********, ** airport with Delta's manager ****. It was the most shocking and humiliating experience at 9 am in the morning. I began our conversation with good morning and he replied , give me your ID. There wasn't a greeting or acknowledgment of me or my family. I requested a wheelchair, he asked me WHY. Not noticing that I was walking with a cane after suffering a bilateral cerebellum stroke. I also requested a pass for my mother to ****** my 4 year old ************ to the gate. He immediately told me no and that the airlines don't allow that. I knew that information was false because my husband was given the proper pass to ****** my son and I at the ********** ******* airport. He then proceeded to say you have to be special to be able to get that pass which are, being military or having to ****** a minor. He didn't even notice that my 4 year old son was standing right next to me and just assumed that that I wasn't military. I had to wait almost ***** minutes before he got a carrier to come get me. Then when someone arrived to push me he then had a side conversation about me which influenced the carrier (person who pushes wheelchair) to be just as disrespectful. He then proceeded in the conversation with her marginalizing that I didn't look disabled and mentioned that I was military winking at her as if that meant something in their side conversation. The experience I had literally had me in tears & caused a level of anxiety that not only made me upset but also my 4 year old son and mother who was concerned with our wellbeing. I hope that his behavior is addressed. I'm very disappointed in my travel experience with delta and am considering if I should continue my travel with you all. It is unfortunate that you have employees in managerial positions that treat their members like that. I should have never experienced such discrimination, racism and disrespect from a company that I held in such high regard.

Our flight was supposed to depart from Atlantic airport at 9:20pm. We boarded to go to ******************** which is like a 45 min flight. We are sitting on the plane for about 45 minutes and they told us the pilots who were supposed to fly the plane timed out and they didnt have anyone. So we are now sitting on the hot plane (ac is barely working) and it is after 11:30. We finally have a caption. Still have not departed. We would have arrived in ************ around ****. We reached out to customer service as this was an error on deltas part for overbooking their pilots and they said they were not going to do anything about since we havent been delayed over 3 hrs. Absolutely terrible customer service. Not only that, the flight attendant was rude to me when I asked about their refund policy and was extremely loud in response to me so the flight could hear her and was going on so I asked her not to make a scene and . I told her she was embarrassing me and to please walk away. Will never fly delta ever again

I am very disappointed with Delta. I have been a Skymiles member for over 20 years and have never encountered anything like what I am facing now. I booked a trip in February to Europe and since it was a long flight, I opted for Delta comfort and paid more of course and my seats were secured. I received an email 2 days ago from Delta of a change to my itinerary and my trip was moved from June 8th to June 6th. I thought the flight was cancelled and when I looked at the website, the flight was still there. I spoke to an agent and he could not give me a proper reason for the change. So I reserved economy seats which cost less. I asked for a refund for the difference in the tickets and was told that I would have to call back after I return from my trip. This is totally unacceptable as Delta is holding my money hostage. How can they do this. I am flying on a cheaper seat. And also, my call to clean this mess was an hour and a half. The wait time is terrible. This airline is going to lose good customers including myself.
