      The company told us one price and then when the yearly renewal fee came it was 4 times higher that the quoted price. We are a volunteer ************ that was initially happy with the product but the customer service has been absolutely horrible. I tried contacting them several months before the renewal time and was given nothing from the company. Requested calls from the company and got nothing in return. then all they said was thats the way it is and there is nothing that can be done. I wanted to terminate the service to mutually benefit both parties and got nothing as as well. I could not recommend this company to anyone that would seek there services. They are preying on small volunteer fire depts that need assistance in obtaining training for there people and then hitting them with a high *******************. This is absolutely shameful.

      Nothing but problem. I was under the impression that I completed all my continuing education requirements but the state did not accept the wind mitigation course. When I call them they told me that they did their part and to call the state to take it up with them. I called the DBPR to find out what was wrong, I had to pay another school to finish the requirements. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone when you need them.

      Been using red vector vector solutions for over 16 years have taken 224 classes. I don't know what has happened to the provider but I am done using them. In March 2022 it took me 34.75 hours to complete 16 hours of continuing which is 13.33 hours at 50 min per hour required. Sitting at my computer for all of it. The programs would throw me out and have no time saved for any time spent in the program, even though they would verify me with question and pop up verification commands all through the classes. Three time I was ejected from a three hour class in the last 4 minutes. They blamed it on the state requirements. But then admitted they are all new classes and formats and the bugs have not been worked out yet. Meaning there stuff did not work as it did for the past 16 years and it was my problem, as they are working on correcting it. Now July 2022 I can not renew my license as I am missing a required class. For one week now I have contacted them every day . Can not get a call back or given the course I need to take to get my license renewed. Something changed they went from a 1st class provider to a give me your money and don,t bother us with your problems provider. I have to go to another vendor to get the continuing Ed, I paid vector solutions for. Money is not an issue here I will gladly pay double or triple what I pay them so I wont have to spend an extra 20+ hours on busy work because their products do not work correctly. Buyer beware time is money and they have no problems wasting mine
