      This is a company that monitors any and all transactions related to your property to keep from being scammed. Initially when I signed up there was a box checked for automatic renewal, I unchecked this box cause I wanted to see how well they worked. On August 1, 2024 they sent me an email with two attachments, 1.) an invoice for $199.00 and 2.) a receipt for $199.00 charged to my ***** There was no notifications before this happened and there was no approval to use my card. I contacted them and asked for a refund, but they have a no refund policy.

      Thank you for bringing **************** concerns to our attention. We value our customers and take their feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our services and maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction.
      After investigating the matter, we found that **************** membership was automatically renewed on August 1, 2024, at 2:36 AM EST, in accordance with our Terms of Use. 
      ************** did uncheck the auto-renewal box later that morning at 6:15 AM EST, but unfortunately, the renewal had already been processed by that time. Our Terms of Use, which can be found at ************************************************, state that all customers agree to auto-renew their membership to ensure continuous coverage of their policy.
      We would like to clarify that DomiDocs maintains a no refund policy once a renewal has been processed. However, understanding the inconvenience this situation caused **************, we made an exception to our standard policy. We have issued a full refund of $199.00 to his original form of payment as a gesture of goodwill, and offered him an additional year of service free of charge. We have communicated these actions to **************, and he has expressed his satisfaction with the resolution.
      We hope this response demonstrates our commitment to resolving customer issues in a fair and timely manner. Please let us know if any further information is required.
