I contracted with WorkingLive on January 27th to have access to their virtual tools and through this contract with them, I also received services with **** for virtual meeting hosting. I paid for their services for 1 year.On Friday, August 9th after close of business I received an email from **** advising me that as of August 31st Zoom would be ending their partnership with WorkingLive and I would need to find an alternate way to retain my access to Zoom's services.I immediately forwarded the email I had received from Zoom to ********************************** asking for their help with what was happening and had no response. On August 30th I sent an additional email to ********************************** advising them that I had found an alternate company that was able to help me maintain my zoom services and that I would like to cancel my account with ********************** and receive a partial refund for the 5 months of services I had paid for and would be unable to use.On September 4th I received a response from ********************************** letting me know they had cancelled my account and issued a partial refund to me in the amount of $64.95. As of today's date, more than 2 months later, I have yet to actually see the refund. I has not been credited to the original form of payment for services (my credit card) nor has a check come to my home.I would simply like to receive that funds due to me and unfortunately after numerous attempts to receive resolution, I have been unable to contact anyone at WorkingLive, which now goes by the name Pxch

I was with Market America aka Shop.com and enrolled in a subscription with Working Live ************* I have since cancelled my membership to Market America/Shop.com since last October but the Working Live continues billing me a monthly $9.99 every month. I have sent multiple email to them to cancel but they have continued to bill me.

I have had multiple communication issues with WorkingLive over my almost 2 years of being a customer. I have sent multiple messages through support and never receiving a response. The latest issue was discovering that they have charged 2 of my cards (although I completely removed one from my account and it isn't even listed anymore and hasn't been for the entire time they've been double charging me) for 9 months! I sent a request for a refund, and I received 1 month's worth of a refund. I've sent another message to demand the other 8 months refund and to CANCEL my account and remove all cards of mine from their system.

In May of this year I submitted to Working Live's contact form that I would like my account with them cancelled. They continued to charge me $15 a month in May, June, July and August. I contacted them on August ************************************************************************ which I should not have been charged since requesting cancellation. They said they would do so, and yet have still failed to cancel my account with them. My subscription shows as active with another charge coming out on September 23 of this year. I have escalated my complaint to the president of their company and disputed the charges with my bank. I may have to get a new debit card number to prevent them from further theft from my bank account.
