    On June 24, 2024, I ordered Qty 2 "5-***************** Delivery Bag-Black" for $29.95/each SKU: PB202012/R2-29.I only received ONE of the pizza bags on July 2. These 2 warming bags were only ordered because we needed them for a wedding dinner and the event has passed. Since June 28, 2024, I have reached out 5 separate times to ask for a partial refund on the one bag I never received--I sent 4 emails and I also filled out their online "contact us" form once on their website. I have never received any sort of response. Companies like these need to be held accountable. They take our money and then do not respond to multiple email attempts when we do not receive the merchandise we paid for.
