      They will steal your money.I placed an order for the annual subscription, camera and tripod. They shipped me TWO sets of equipment and charged my card twice. This happened on 11/9. It took Veo over 10 days to even acknowledge me. Then they send me the shipping labels to return their equipment and refuse to process a refund of the $1400 they stole from me. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. UNREAL. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK. IT HAS BEEN 16 DAYS THAT THEY HAVE KEPT $1400 OF MY MONEY. UNBELIVEABLE.

      If I could give a zero star rating I would. The level of service we have received since delivery of our equipment is horrendous. They sent us a camera that doesnt work and we have had zero luck getting support from the Tech team, so I have requested a refund. I have followed up with the support team several times and they have opened several tickets; however, we still have no resolution or response. I have spent several hours on the phone and live chat with Veo staff and no one has been successful in helping us reach a resolution. There is no follow up or sense of urgency to provide assistance. The level of service is downright appalling.

      Bought a Veo camera had to return it twice for issues. One being a bad battery the second for software issues. But not the main complaint I went to renew my subscription for my 3 season and when I asked for a quote for 7 months they sent me an invoice and I went ahead and paid it. A week later I get contacted by another person saying there was a mistake calculating my price and I owed another $175 on top of what I paid. When I aired my grievance they told me they didnt care and I would only get 4 months of my subscription. Also they have poor customer service it can take over a week to even hear back from them. I do not recommend this company
