    I ordered a product from Techspot Electronics (***********************************) online on November 18, 2023. I received an email about my order [Order #******] and never heard from them again. I sent them so many emails via their customer support portal but haven't received an answer. I haven't received the product which I paid total of $56.09 with Bitcoin via Robinhood. I have the transaction confirmation number and the status shows as it is complete.

    I purchased a product and didnt recieved it. I emailed heard nothing.

    On November 21, 2023 I was surfing the net looking for a novelty gift for my wife. I wanted to replace the one that she had lost in our move. I found it and a list of retailers that had what I was looking for. Techspot Electronics had the best price so I ordered the item. The way I read it was that it was free shipping and would be here by November 24, 2023. I thought that was great as it was going to be part of my wife's Christmas gift. But, I also realized that it was Thanksgiving and wasn't concerned that it had not arrived yet. Later, I received an email stating that the order was confirmed and everything was good. I purchased this on my debit card and got an email from my bank asking if I had made this purchase and I replied that I had. The bank said "ok" and according to my bank records the purchase went through. Some time passed and no package and not even an email with a tracking number showed up. I inquired through their contact us email system, with no response back. Two to *********** I went on their Chat Line and inquired with no reponse again. Funniest thing (not really) is that on their Chat Box they have posted the statement "We reply immediately". My item was under $10 , but I was sure looking forward to giving it to my wife. I couldn't bring myself to purchase the item off another site; because that's like paying double and by a miracle this one might show up.
