    In September 2023, I ordered some Electrical Saver units based upon an internet add. The devices purported to save electricity by plugging them into your electrical receptacles. As a Licensed California Contractor, License # ******, I find these units have been falsely advertised. They do not perform as advertised. I have recently learned that Gadget Plex has sporadically billed my credit card a total of ******************************** the amount of $19.99 for each debit. There was no mention of continuing billing or subscription. I had asked for any proof of my so-called request; however, nothing has been received.I have disputed all unauthorized charges from Gadget Plex with my credit card company and Gadget Plex. The company, Gadget Plex, immediately refunded me 8 ******** of $19.99. I have written them numerous times since their inadequate refund, but no response has been forth coming. I had given them 10 days to respond which expired 11/08/2024.They still owe me for 5 withdrawals at $19.99 each and their original charge of $139.02 totaling $238.97. I would be happy to return their falsely claimed apparatuses.I have supporting documentation of all charges and credits issued available upon request.

    In Nov., 2023, I ordered 4 ************************** Saver units based upon an internet add. The devices purported to save electricity by plugging them into your electrical sockets.After ordering them I read many reviews indicating they were a USELESS SCAM. They are worthless. I wrote the original purchase off as a learning experience.I have just learned that Gadget Plex has been periodically billing the credit card I used for the original order a total of 7 times, in the amount of $19.95 each. There was no mention of continuing billing or a subscription of any kind.I have disputed all unauthorized charges from Gadget Plex with my credit card company.ITS BAD ENOUGH FOR GADGET PLEX TO SELL A SCAM PRODUCT. TO FRAUDULENTLY BILL MY CREDIT CARD IS CRIMINAL!!
