      The support and customer service this company gives is horrible. They don't answer the phone or emails or postal mail, and its difficult to get a live person. I tried to get the video footage on my phone via an app and I also tried to get the footage on my laptop. I called support after the item was mailed to me and that didn't help after a period of time tying I have a person that know computers try and he was not successful either I mailed the letter to them and received no response back . Unfortunately I'm extremely busy with a couple businesses I own and I forgot all about contacting them again. In the last two months I tried to get this system hooked up again with no luck. I tried to reach out to support at least 5 or six times over the last 5 months. When I finally got through to an actual person I was on the support call with the guy for over an hour I was even sharing my screen with him so he could navigate through my computer hard drive and he didn't have any luck either. As we were on the call I was texting him asking him how much longer it would take and he was non responsive. I finally hung up the phone and deleted the screen sharing from my laptop and decided to file a complaint against the company after first emailing them asking again for a refund. Considering this exact same system is still for sale on **** and online on their site they should be able to refund me Im requesting a refund minus a restock fee that they can charge me and I will pay the shipping back. The item is still in brand new condition only one camera was opened to see if it can be hooked up to the **** Everything is still in the new unopened packaging.
