    Duet Display is by far the biggest scam Ive encountered. Their entire business model seems designed to trap users into paying for a subscription. They make you sign up for a free trial just to see if their app even works. But heres the catchif you cancel the trial immediately (as I did after discovering within two minutes that the app doesnt work), they still try to charge you once the trial ends.Even after canceling, they attempted to charge my card multiple times. Luckily, I was able to block the charges by locking my card, but the persistence with which they tried to collect payment is outrageous. I emailed their customer support over 20 times explaining the issue, and all I received was empty apologies, repeated questions, and absolutely no resolution. Yet, they still continue their attempts to charge me.This company is built on deceit. Their app doesnt work, their customer support is useless, and their business practices are predatory. If they keep trying to charge me, I will take legal action against ******** will see on places like trust pilot that a multitude of users have shared the exact same experience Avoid Duet Display at all costs. These people are thieves, and their service is nothing but a trap to steal your money.

    I made this pur***** on 1/7/25 and requested a cancellation the same day, once I discovered that I couldnt use duet wirelessly with my system. They have been giving me the runaround and conflicting information, that you will resolve it, 7/14 day trial and sending me on a goose ***** with different instructions on how to cancel when Ive made it clear to this email address listed regarding cancelling this product.
