Tech showed up to home in time frame. The best part of his being at my home, in addition to fixing all the computer problems, was he dealt with the ******* tech by phone and knew how to computer talk with him and help to solve the problem which I would never have been able to do!

He is knowledgeable, understands my issues and has dealt with them to my complete satisfaction. Anything having to do with my computers will be done by them. Contacting them is as easy as can be.
