    I was promised four weeks ago several times by a supervisor my order would be canceled and refunded I never used the product. Its been a month I do not have my refund and now their saying they need to look into it and changed their answer its the this place ********************************************** Their called the power line group

    These people are fraud, they steal your money. When you ask for your money back they say they are refunding it. Give it so many days to be in your account. I purchased this software on January 10, 2023. Ok asked for my money back the same day and numerous days after. I still have not got my money. I see where they have been sued for their fraud. They scam, lie and steal your money. They took $155.88 out of my account, they were only suppose to take $6.99 out of my account

    Purchased a plan from TurboSpy based on the fact it was suppose to be billed at $6.99 per month. They took out an entire year and charged me a total of $215.86. I requested a refund on December 8, 2022 at 5:39am. They responded and said to give them 3 to 5 business days for the ************** is the 5th business day and there is still no refund pending in my bank account. They just keep telling me the same thing over and over again. I have attached all email correspondence, the receipt for what they charged me for and where it came out of my bank account.

    I paid for a phone tracking app. I never used the app. As per their webpage I should be eligible for a full refund. I have been going back and forth with the company for 2 months now and have not received a refund. They have told me my refund is pending in my bank, yet its been 2 weeks and I have yet to see my refund. They owe me $156. I would like help trying to get my refund back.
