He didn’t finish what he promised to do by leaving garden edging laying in the garden after the paving job was done. He said he would put them back in. Some of the blocks were broken when removed.

There is no half a star that is available, otherwise I would have rated John D****** from Creative ****** *** ****** more appropriately. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this individual and this Business. Your project will be rushed, sub-standard material will be used, you will never be satisfied, and he will leave you hanging after taking your money. He has been promising to repair our driveway for a year and a half already. This individual can not be trusted and has no morals or ethics to take care of the terrible job that he has done. Bad reviews will only be removed after the completion of our project..do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from John Delaney !!!!!! The only few good reviews that are here on ****** are most likely from his friends or by him, because his work STINKS !!!!!

I hired John Delaney to pave my driveway and his work began to fall apart weeks after he finished paving. This was in March 2023. Initially he said that he would come back to fix the driveway but he always had excuses as to why he couldn’t make it – mostly that he was overseas. Suffice to say, he has not honored his warranty in any way, shape or form. He is constantly setting up different shell companies but doing the same sort of con job against consumers* ** ************* ** *** ******** ** ******** ****** *** ******* ****** ***** ******** ****** ******* *** ************* ******* ****** * *******, among others. In September of 2023 he set up Top Class Home Improvement, Inc. Stay away from John Delaney and Top Class Home Improvement Inc – he and his companies are a scam.

I am so disappointed to have received a competitive quote from John. Once the driveway asphalt was removed, I was told that the cost had now Tripled. After they removed more and more of the driveway dirt, I now have a mountain of mud. I had to cancel the contact because I could not pay their new estimate. They left me a mess
