      SCAM!!!! They charged me 129.00 and had no reservation on their site or the hotels site. Do not use!!!

      Very very bad service the hotel had bugs so we could not stay also due to the parking in a very unsafe area.

      I booked a one night reservation at a hotel near the airport, with parking until we returned from our trip. When I got to the hotel the staff told me they did not have my reservation. I provided the confirmation email from parksleepfly and they said I was the second person that day to come in with a reservation that they had not received from parksleepfly. They told me they did not have any open rooms so I had to go to another hotel and book a room (through parksleepfly) that was 50% more than what I had planned to pay. I contacted parksleepfly who at first emailed me that they had contacted the hotel and the hotel confirmed that I had a reservation. I responded that I would contact the hotel myself to get documentation of what happened and get back to them. I told them, again, what happened the night I went to check in. Also, why would I book another hotel through parksleepfly if they actually had the reservation? They then responded that they would refund the amount I paid parksleepfly for the first reservation. I will not use parksleepfly.com ever again. If we'd known that we would have to pay 50% more for that night we would have just driven to the airport from home that morning. It just wasn't worth the amount we paid. I should have done more research into the business before booking. I was not aware that parksleepfly has had so many complaints against them.

      Park sleep fly is VERY misleading. The website said I had a 10 day parking at a hotel near *****. It was only 7, not 10 and an extra $20/day for the 3 more days. The reservation is costing me an hour of time on the phone trying to cancel. Cancellation is very difficult. I am dealing with the hotel and with park sleep fly.

      I am trying to cancel my booking. First, the link to the cancellation page on their site did not work. Then the page, when I finally got onto it, won't let me cancel. And there has been no response to my emails. I am terrified they will charge me!

      Wish I had read these reviews before I booked. When I arrived, the hotel said they no longer allowed long term parking. We had to scramble to make other arrangements. Not able to reach anyone at Park Sleep Fly. Agree it is scam.

      Never sent my reservation to the hotel. Cant find a phone number and no one replies to emails other than bogus auto replies!!! All after taking $40 deposit. Definitely filling fraud charges!!!!

      Booking was incorrect. Visa was charged. Cannot get a response from customer service and it has been almost a week!
