      I am still receiving invoices after closing account years ago. We closed out account in November 2023 and they are still sending us monthly invoices.

      Horrible customer service. Called to cancel my service and spent 40 minutes on the phone with no success. Their phone lines cut out and when you tell them you can't understand because the phone is cutting out they put you back on hold and then hang up on you. You have to keep calling back; maybe this is their way of making so difficult to cancel you just keep paying and paying.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I agree with the sentiment of many of the other previous reviews. No way to OPEN A CASE easily. NO WAY TO REACH A HUMAN. 800 number hung up on me. I have been trying for WEEKS to make account changes and clean up the accounts we have. I am beyond frustrated and so angry. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I contacted our sales person and he would NOT assist me; told me to open a case. UNREAL!

      How this company can be okay with the customer service they offer I do not know. There is no way to reach a customer service person. The 800 number hangs up on you. There is no way to submit a case for help. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      Our company was all excited to purchase the new Cube to make our postage compliant. WELL, On the big roll out of all new equipment, they never told us that the warranty was for 90 days. After the ninety day, you will NO LONGER BE SPEAKING TO A HUMAN. You will have to chat with the bot for 15 minutes and then finally get switched over to a human who will ask you all the question that the bot asked. By then you have spent 20-30 minutes without getting to the problem at hand. We don't have that kind of time to waste!!! 1. The Cube mysteriously printed two $100.00 stamps all by itself. Guess who is responsible for paying this fee. 2. The Cube often does not print the stamps we request on the app. But of course the postage is subtracted from our account. 3. They say you can request a refund but you will either see the funds restored or you want hear from them at all. 4. We have lost so much money with the piece of _ _ it equipment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, UNLESS YOU ENJOY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HARDLY EVER TALKING TO A HUMAN AGAIN!!!

      Pitney Bowes Reserve Accounts are fraudulent. Once you do not use the account for 6 months they keep any reserve money you have remaining stating it was a Dormant Account Fee. $78.04 was kept by Pitney Bowes on my Account. I could understand a $5.00 fee but keeping the total amount remaining in the account when the account itself is current is theft if you ask me. We paid our lease every month, to have the account froze due to new implementation. Even though the lease was paid, the account was not usable. No refund was received as they stated they would do. They even charge another fee when your meter is returned and funds remaining need to be returned. Outrageous charges! Do Not Do business with Pitney Bowes. Your better off buying Stamps from the Post Office than to utilize their service.

      BUYER BEWARE! IF YOU ENJOY USING A COMPANY THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHERE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A HUMAN ON THE PHONE. AND IF YOU DO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN THEY ARE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. ALSO EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE (WHICH ABSOLUTELY IS NOT USER FREINDLY). BUT YOU HAVE TO USE THE WEBSITE IF YOU WANT TO COMUNICATE WITH THE COMPANY. FIRST YOU HAVE TO USE THE LIVE CHAT BUTTON AND TALK TO ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE; THEN YOU HAVE TO BE PERSISTANT JUST TO GET A HUMAN ON THE COMPUTER TO CHAT WITH YOU. ALSO, THIS COMPANY GOES OUT OF ITS WAY TO HIDE INFORMATION SO THAT THEY CAN CHARGE YOU FEES FOR EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. IF LITERALLY TOOK ME TWO DAYS TO FIGURE OUT THE PROCEEDURE TO TERMINATE MY LEASE AGREEMENT. AND OF COURSE THERE ARE FEES BECAUSE I AM CANCELING EARLY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE!

      PB stands alone as the worst provider of customer service that I've ever encountered in all my business dealings.They have constructed a myriad systems of tunnels and barriers in support issues that leave one crying for a human voice.I don't know how they can get such a high rating from the BBB.My advice "go elsewhere" for a postage system. *****

      The worst customer service and customer support of any company I've ever dealt with. I'm going to close my office the end of January and contacted PB support on 1/8/2025 to start the process. I have a month-to-month contract and told them I wanted to end it as of 1/31/2025. Then without talking to me they notified me on 1/16/2025 that they had terminated my contract, refunded the unused portion of my rental, and refunded unused postage. After spending almost an hour on the phone with their support people the final answer was "sorry but we can't do anything to reactivate your meter." Aside from the fact that it's almost impossible to speak to a live person (go through sales), once you do they aren't helpful. They open a case, send you an email then close the case in a few days without any further contact or resolution for the problem.

      This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Their "support" telephone line simply hangs up on you and tells you to put in a ticket online. Then you put in a ticket and they CLOSE it without even checking to ensure the issue was resolved. I have spent 2 months going back and forth with their bots on the messaging service on their site (seemingly the only way to communicate with them) and they keep saying the SAME thing over and over and not resolving the issue. Lately, they decided they aren't taking debit cards for payment anymore, and so our autopay didn't come out properly. When I went in to add a bank account (because the company doesn't have a credit card) their PLAID verification errors out. So there is no way to resolve the unpaid account, and the whole system shut down. Any reason why it's taken 2 MONTHS for them to help me? It has delayed my company's ability to process mail and the individual working on this task with them is fed up and rightfully frustrated. They've been wasting their time and we are paying them to do it. They won't speak to you on the phone and all other methods they provide seem to be absolutely inept. If I didn't have to, I would absolutely never use this service. Still looking for a competitor.
