      Price gouging and not providing. My bill within a few years has gone up from about $50 to over $100. It has gotten so high and yet they have outages for hours at least once or twice a week. Since they basically have a monopoly in my area, they think they can charge whatever they want.

      SPECTRUM REFUSES TO UNLOCK MY DEVICE WHICH IS PAID IN FULL & WAS IN SERVICE OVER 2 YEARS. SPECTRUM REFUSED TO SHUT OFF MY INTERNET & CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME FOR 2 MONTHS AFTER I UNPLUGGED THE EQUIPMENT (3 MONTHS AFTER ASKING THEM CANCEL THE POORLY WORKING INTERNET) SPECTRUM THEN PUT THAT BILL IN COLLECTIONS DAMAGING MY CREDIT & OVER A YEAR LATER PULLED IT OUT ADDED FEES AND ADDED IT TO MY MOBILE BILL. AT THAT POINT I CANCELED MY MOBILE PLAN WITH SPECTRUM & THAT IS WHEN THEY DECIDED TO REFUSE TO UNLOCK MY PAID IN FULL DEVICE. SCAM COMPANY.

      Horrible company! They refuse to cancel my service. I dropped off my equipment, told them I am moving to another country. Please close out my account. at this very moment I an being charged for service I am not able to access since I no longer have their equipment. They keep putting me on hold transferring me to other representatives. I've been to their service center 4 TIMES! They tell me can't do anything?!? Worst part. THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME. PAGES AND PAGES OF COMPLAINTS. Yet they have an A+ rating???!! Fake rating.

      I would leave zero stars if possible. I called to cancel my spectrum and spent over 30 minutes telling them to just cancel! The entire phone call to just cancel took over 1.5 hours. Since then I have made at least 6 phone calls trying to get them to stop sending me bills and charging me for equipment I don’t have. Each phone call takes over 30 minutes and ends with them saying it’s all taken care of. Then the next week, the same thing happens again. I would never recommend spectrum to anyone. I would discourage any person from ever getting Spectrum.

      Do not use Spectrum!!!! My billing cycle ends on 14th each month. I cancelled internet/wifi on 16th, turned in their equipment on the 17th. Since it was 2 days after billing cycle ended they are charging me for another month of service. Was told they don't prorate. Only 2 days and they will not budge. This is another reason Spectrum is a horrible greedy buisness.

      I’ve had Spectrum since I moved in. It’s been about a year. I have spectrum for my Wi-Fi/Internet. This last time I can’t watch my TV and it’s been out since last night around midnight or so. If it only happened once in a while, I wouldn’t be so upset, but it happens at least twice a month. All they say is, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. They don’t offer any compensation for putting you through this every month. They absolutely don’t care about their customers in any way shape or form they don’t let you know what happened or what they’re working on. All you ever get Is Your service won’t be restored until such and such a time and sorry for the inconvenience. I know you’ll tell me to find a different carrier, but I live in a little town up north and the choices are slim to none. Verizon doesn’t come to my area yet But then I’ll switch to them when they do and frontier is way too expensive. Oh Spectrum, of course keeps raising the cost and they have no right doing that with their crappy service.

      My dad was diagnosed with alzhimers and was put in a nursing facility and then my mom died. I am an authorized user on the account and spectrum (after 20 phone calls) continued to refuse to let me close the account. They demanded my dad's death certificate but he isn't the parent who died and doesn't live at the apartment either. This company has caused me HORRIBLE stress during an already very painful time in my life. I hope someone pays attention to what I'm writing. This company needs to rot in hell!!!

      Spectrum is the worst. My internet goes out two to three times a week. Service tech comes out moves things around then a week later the same problem. No reimbursement for the time down. It's just unbelievable how bad the service is.

      STOP MY TELIVISION SERVICE , THEN WAS TOLD THAT YOU HAVE CELL PHONE THAT COMES WITH MY BUSSINESS PACKAGE .TOTALLY FREE I ASKED MANY TIMES ARE SURE THAT THIS FREE . DECCEMBER 24 WHEN I GET MY BILL JANUARY 2025 I WS CHARGED FOR CELL PHONE . I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE . OK THEY ARE GOING TO LOOK INTO THIS ,FINNALLY THIS MONTH APRIL 2025 AFTER 10 CALLS WITH CLAIM NUMBERS ,I GOT OK TO SHIP BACK .IWAS TOLD TO RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS. I HAD ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGES, NEVER USED ,, MAYBE 3 CALLS. .NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME .. FOR USE AND WEAR, NEVER TRUST SPECTRUM.

      MINUS 10!! WORST MOBILE SERVICE!! I'm still reeling from the absurd customer service I received from SPECTRUM. Trying to add a second line for my visiting mother should have been simple. Instead, the **** ****** ***** **** **** *** ***** ** **** ****** ** ****** botched it 4 times and then refused to issue a refund on the spot, forcing me to call customer service. What followed was an unbelievable 35-minute saga involving 5 different representatives just to get my money back. It makes you question what kind of company operates with such a disconnect between their in-store and customer service processes, and with so little regard for their customers' time and frustration. This isn't just inconvenient; it's a fundamental failure of customer service. In this day and age, how can such incompetence and lack of empowerment exist? It's hard to imagine a business model that seems so determined to ALIENATE its customers.
