      On August 11, 2022 A1 concrete provided concrete leveling of my back porch concrete pad. During this process their truck which mixed the material leaked this material down the entire block. They refused to clean this up, saying that the material was harmless and neighbors would understand that this is a normal thing that occurs as part of this kind of job. They stated the material was agricultural limestone and everything would be fine after a rainfall. I received a receipt immediately for payment and twenty minutes later a contract was emailed with terms and conditions of no liability to company which I never signed.

      The job we did for ***** turn out good. We cleaned up the work area but on the street where we mixed the agriculture limestone it was rinced away. Yes it washed down the street. It is a environmentally safe, no chemicals or anything. Its granuals are like dirt particals. Its an all natural earth material. It does no harm to anything and that which remained will wash away from rain. It is no different than the dust and dirt that exists on the roads just we added some to the street. ***** was ****** concerned about a minor situation. He thought it would cause harm. No matter what I told him he did not believe what I said and he nerver asked me to clean more than I did. He just kept asking me about if it would stain and I repeatedly said not it wont. His patio was cleaned with water after our job which is proof it would not stain or remain but he was not convinced. I puzzled me. He was just ****** worried. He is very new to the neighborhood and was worried about the neighbors. I offered to clean it up where it accumulated if there was a complaint from his neighbors. We never have had an issue with this in the past. Over the top worried about nothing. Tell us why here...

      Yes I was worried about the appearance and effect of all that material going down the road, into the drain and neighbors not being ok with that. The last couple of days we have had rain and it has all washed away. **** is right and I apologize.
