      I paid Alcala Labs money for tests on several dates. They charged me full price and sometimes they charged me my co-payment. I found out when I submitted my receipts to my insurance that the insurance also paid them. The insurance and I was able to get in touch with the company and a representative said that a refund will be issue to me for my fees. This was several months ago. My medical insurance company and I are unable to reach anyone. We started contacting the company in May of 2022. I need help with teaching this company.
