    I wanna complain against this service and I want an apology for saying that We sent SPAM emails , also an apology for not answering our calls and our emails and reactivating our account ASAP .We've signed ** in this company: Turbo Smtp , but in fact their name is :Delivery Tech Corp .We've signed ** in this company which is an email service provider like(SendGrid , Amazon ses,etc )We were talking to one of their agents about our emails has been sent to the Junk Folder , the name of this agent is ***** , then after few seconds We got an email says ( auto-suspension Alert ) , We replied to that email and We explained that We were testing your service then We got this email , and it's probably an error !After few minutes at 3PM EST , We got an email that they have suspended our account without telling us the reason , We sent to them bunch of emails , and after bunch of calls without getting any answer , We sent a voicemail explaining the situation that We had .in 4PM We got another email from the anti-abuse team saying that our account has been suspended for sending spam emails and We got a complaints against your account ! In this moment, I realized that those crooks do whatever they want and they can suspend any accounts if they want , they didn't reviewed our account cause if they did , they will understand that we were sending emails to our mailboxes which is those 3 mailboxes: ********************* , **************** ******************** and our subjects was : [ Test ] and [ A 20% Off Celebration for our New-Look Amaze Bars ] , and those things aren't against their terms of services and we didn't sent spam email , Cause Spam mean : Sending emails to a non-opt in list that means that those emails didn't subscribe in your Opt-in form and in this case We can call it SPAM , but in my case I was sending emails to my mailboxes which I had the full permission to send to those emails and I do have the full access to those emails cause they're mine.
