      Ive escalated the following complaint 3 times to the executives at Simpson Manufacturing and havent had use of my power washer for over 5 months. They violated their warranty contract with me!To: CEO ***************************,Im writing to you today because I am frustrated, disappointed, and dissatisfied by your warranty company the *********. Under warranty, my Simpson power washer has been ready for repair by Southampton Small Engine, in Southampton, ** since June 30, 2022. After they communicated multiple problems with the engine and the need for an engine replacement to FNA, FNA was never satisfied with Southampton's analysis and wont authorize the needed repairs. Yesterday, I retrieved my power washer from Southampton Small Engine, one of your designated repair shops in **********. My intention is to return this power washer to Simpson Manufacturing for your inspection and resolution of your supply line issues. My expectation is that Simpson will reimburse me in full for the $325.20 that we paid to Amazon on April 27, 2021. Our power washer model number is CM61083-5, the serial number is ***********, and the Amazon order number is 113-6699017-6529030.My address is ****************************************************************. My cell number is ************.Please provide me with your return process and refund my purchase price at your earliest convenience.Thank you,******* and ***********************
