**** was not helpful. They work as a regional manager for smart circle. I was not paid for the commission that I was supposed to get paid. Plus its been 4 weeks I am not getting any explanation for what I was paid and how much. They are pure scam ****** should remove them from the program immediately.

1 star********** no Longer has Smart Circle In their stores promoting cell phone plans. They finally realized that having people there who didn't tell the truth wasn't a good idea. As part of their sales hook they would tell me that they were offering a discount to me just for being a ***'s Club member. Then later on in the same conversation it was clear that in order to get the "just for being a ***'s Club member" discount you were required to sign up for an installment plan. The whole reason you agree to talk to them in the first place is not true. These people were totally mind controlled. They are convinced to except many strange philosophies. An example of this is that they taught that they aren't working in a sales position, and so they aren't allowed to use the words "buy" or "sell". Every time I explained to them how the things that they were saying weren't true they couldn't understand it. They actually have to form small businesses that are separate from smart circle. They have a local owner of a small business that is legally distinct from smart circle. I'm pretty sure this is to protect smart circle from legal consequences. If things escalate because smart circle taught them to be misleading the small business may get shut down is not affected. It was concerning that our society was OK with having stuff like this in mainstream stores.Review fromChrMalika M

I had a wonderful time clearing up a long standing problem with *********** The agent I dealt with was *********************** . He conducted himself in a professional and helpful manner . The item in question was a very small amount[$19.95]. But , it was the principle of the matter . I was very pleased with the dealing , again in a very large part to **** . I want to commend Smart Circle International LLC for the great customer service I received from them recently. They replaced a flat iron I had had for a few years. I loved this flat iron, but it began to not heat properly. When purchased, it had a limitled lifetime warranty. This company honored that warranty and send me a new replacement for the cost of shipping and handling. Along with that they had great communication by letting me know what was happening along the way. They received my information and check for shipping and handling, and shortly thereafter I had a new replacement for my damaged flat iron.
