      I am a paying client of this business and absolutely cannot understand how paying them in full and absolutely getting NO communication when I ask for updates can happen. They have interacted with me twice. Once to get my business and the other to threaten me that if I continue to ask for a status on a service that I paid for, I will be put under hostile filing. So Im basically being told to shut up and dont context them or theyll take even longer. I PAID YOU!!! Im allowed to ask for updates. In a time when I just want things to be done and final, this has turned into a nightmare. A very long one. Sad part is, I cant even leave my real name here because this too will put me under hostile filing. DO BETTER!! Communicate with your clients!!!!

      THIS PERSON IS THE SPOUSE OF A CLIENT, NOT A CLIENT. We do not communicate with the former spouse of a client for reasons of client confidentiality. Below is verbatim an email from this person.Good afternoon,I am *******************, ******-wife regarding this matter.Can you please give me a status on the QDRO? I spoke with somebody regarding this and was told 1 and a half to 2 months total. It has now been 1 and a half months and neither of us have signed anything. Kindly give me a status as soon as possible. Thank you,*******************

      Funny, you didnt respond to any of the accusations. I only contacted this company AFTER your paying client could not get any status updates. Then and only then did he get a response. Not one person was harassing you or your staff. All that was being requested was an update on a service that was paid for. If we are quoting emails verbatim, I can gladly quote where he was basically warned if I didnt stop harassing your staff, he would be filed under hostile filing. How is this a good form of business??? Never not once was ANY staff harassed. The point of this complaint is that this company holds clients QDROs hostage and will purposely take longer if they try to get an update. Period.
