    Contract Inefficacy: We engaged Synoptek LLC for IT services with clearly outlined goals and expectations. Regrettably, they have not only failed to meet these objectives but have also compounded our IT issues through inadequate service and support.Service Quality Concerns: Despite the critical nature of our IT problems, Synoptek LLC has repeatedly assigned personnel who appear to be outsourced and who lack the necessary expertise to resolve our issues effectively. This has led to a significant disruption in our business operations and incurred additional costs.Contract Termination Issues: Following these ongoing issues, we submitted a contract cancellation request. Our Chief ************************ is prepared to assume internal control of the IT services to mitigate further damages. However, Synoptek LLC is noncompliant in reinstating our access to our systems, which is imperative for our operations and transition of service control.
