    Ordered chairs on ****** through the seller Konnect to Source. The chairs were advertised as one colour but received a different colour so I returned them. ****** says the seller is non responsive and they will refund me for the chairs but I need to go through my ********** to claim the shipping charges. The Amazon site at the time of purchase stated free returns but had since been changed, I sent them a screen shot to show the original ad. Konnect to Source has been non responsive to me and Amazon.I have sent them the 3 tracking numbers.Picture of the difference in colour conversations with Amazon
