    Cancelled months ago and still being charged. Theres no way to reach anyone to get help. Do not give this company your card information!

    MeWe is not to be trusted! I like the other reviews here cannot get a hold of anyone at the company. MeWe continues to charge me for an account I closed in September 2022. I have sent multiple please to the support email address and receive no response other than an auto-reply. Taking money when I repeatedly ask them to stop has to be illegal. Be VERY suspicious of what is actually going on with this company.

    This company is a sham. I signed up for MeWe last year and made the mistake of giving them my card info to see if the premium features were worth paying for. I stopped using the app and I decided to cancel it months later, after realizing I was being charged $5 a month for it.
    I have tried multiple times through various methods of contact to cancel this service and they haven't done so yet. I have spent at least $90 in payments to this service to date and can't login in, and have no recourse to cancel. I even changed to a new card with a different exp and cvv code and they are STILL charging me $5 per month... How does that happen? Password ***** doesn't work, so I can not access anything to cancel from within the app.
    No phone contact number for a live person. No reliable support contact. Stay away from this app people unless you want headaches like this.
