1 starI have diabetes and have a service dog. I went in I had his tag. I should not need to prove to anyone what my service dog is for! I left his paperwork in the car. I was discriminated against and told I could not enter because of me my service dog. The people at the desk need to learn the law! I have eaten at this establishment many times with my service dog. I am very disappointed at this location!Review fromThomas S

1 starI was on a school trip where we visited The Cheesecake Factory at ******************************************* During the meal, some friends and I separately ordered some other items. They charged my card for not only the extra, but for $430 on top of that. As soon as I noticed the charge I called in with little to no help. After multiple calls I eventually made some progress with a manager that was more helpful than the others. I gave them the order number, original card info as well as the card info for the card that was supposed to be charged, and the situation was sent to corporate.I was then told "It's with corporate" numerous times over the next few weeks. After this wild goose ***** had been going on for a whole month, I was FINALLY put in contact with someone from corporate named ***** **** who was unsympathetic to the issue that THEY caused and refused to correct the charges. He also mentioned that that apparently the staff at the ***** location was aware the whole time that they could not assist in switching the payment to the correct card (something I have a very hard time believing) and also claimed that none of the calls to them are recorded.I'm a college student. I haven't been able to pay my rent this month and am at risk of being evicted because I'm missing half a grand from my bank account. All because our waitress screwed up the payments. F*** this place.Review fromMichael J

1 starNot happy with service at 12 oaks in **** . Im shocked with u professional manager ****. Terrible experience and will not go there again. Long waits over 2 hours which was fine with 3 kids 45 min to get kids meal and appetizers Another hour to get main course Then my sandwich had hot sauce on hit which I specifically requested it on side since I get heart burn. I ended up with no dinner. It was sent back and credited off the bill. Manager didnt even offer desert or even tiny discount off bill. Im a grown man and ended up with no dinner. He didnt even ask if I wanted it replaced. He didnt even apologize to us which made me furious. He looked like a slob walking around. Unprofessional sleeves rolled up no tie. He would be replaced immediately. I will report this restaurant to bbb. No one should wait 4 and a half hours to eat dinner with family. S**** this we checked in at 4 and left restaurant at 9 this is ridiculous Rec number 859 Do it family a favor and dont ever go there. Waste of money and timeReview fromDavid W

1 star***Beyond unprofessionalism!!!!! Was seated in a section only to have a server deny service against my self and my twin boys (7years old). After sitting **** the server had the host tell us to get up and move to a different table. I initially thought it was a joke but they were very serious. Ive never been so embarrassed in my entire life especially in front of my sons. This is completely unacceptable in every way!!! The arrogance and disrespect from **** was beyond belief. My sons even asked, daddy, why did that lady ask us to get up and move? I had no words at all. If the server didnt want to serve us she should had just asked another server to take over the table, not tell us to get up and move. This is how this establishment is ran and this is so wrong on every level!! Hopefully this never happens to you!Review fromMatthew L

1 starIve been to Cheesecake Factory over 10 times, and while the food is decent, the service has consistently been disappointing. My visit today was the worst experience yet. The server not only provided poor service but also pressured us into selecting a gratuity percentage before we even finished paying, threatening that if we didnt leave a tip, 200% of the bill would be charged automatically.Tipping is supposed to reflect respect and appreciation for good service, not something to be forced upon customers in such an unprofessional manner. This behavior ruined the entire dining experience and left me with no desire to ***************** needs to address their staffs attitude and approach to customer service.Review fromCarmen C

1 starOn 10 16, 2024 I made an order of over $100 as I was working at a nearby hospital. After picking up my order my drive home was an hour. Once home and prepared to eat my order, I realize I was given white rice instead of brown rice. I cannot consume white rice. I immediately called the restaurant. Ask for the manager on duty. Who informed me that they were out of brown rice so they made it with white rice. She apologize for the mistake and said they would remake my order. I explained I lived an hour way and will only be down there when scheduled to work at that nearby hospital. She said it was no problem. I returned today to place my order and was given the third degree in the middle of a lobby full ofpatrons by ******* (manager on duty). I was made to feel as though I was lying and repeatedly asked three times to be exact if I was offered a gift card. I explained that I was never offered a gift card. After the fourth time of asking me the same question I clearly stated either you can make my food or give me my money back. At that time, the manager stated Ill remake it this time but next time. I advised her that it would be no next time. I returned after some light shopping to obtain my order. Again after arriving home, my order was incorrect. It had zucchini in it and the original order stated no zucchini. I had no extra sauce and most importantly I was not giving any bread. I still could not consume the meal as it had nit been prepared the way I paid to have it prepared.Review fromAndrew J

1 starIf youre celebrating a special occasion, I would recommend avoiding this location for your own good. On a weekday evening, my family and I chose the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my birthday, which turned out to be a costly mistake. The front desk staff was hospitable, but for some reason, they seated our party near the window, away from the rest of the guests. We didnt mind at first, but soon after our server arrived with no welcome or introduction whatsoever, which was fine. They simply asked for our drink orders and then passively-aggressively served our drinks, slamming them down on the table loudly enough to startle some of the members. The server then left without asking us about our food order, and we waited a long time trying to track them down. It seemed as though the server was uninterested in serving us, as they focused on other tables closer to the register.Feeling bitter., I approached a server near the bar to pay for our drinks and explain the situation. That server told us we were free to leave, free of charge for our drinks. When I mentioned our servers lack of interest to the front desk staff, a manager came by to apologize. However, when I suggested that the behavior seemed discriminatory, the manager dismissed my concerns for discrimination, offering excuses about staff shortages and the servers heavy workload. From my perspective, it seemed that the manager was trying to brush the issue aside and deescalate the conflict, rather than properly resolving it. You have been warned.Review fromAzure S

2 starsI attended a lunch with a few people at the Cheesecake Factory at ********** in *******, **. We were sat all the way in the back as if they were leading us out the back door. It took a while for the server to ask for drink orders. It took a while for bread after adving 20 minutes earlier the bread was out the oven. Then every meal came out with tons of grease, but I had the chicken Madeira with mushroom sauce and there was tons of orange and brown sauce with tons of grease on the chicken. I had one bite and chicken was like rubber as if not cooked. I tried to cut another piece with a knife and it would not cut the chicken. I sent that back. The manager greeted me and I requested Parmesan crusted chicken but Tuscan chicken was sent out for me and it had like 100 tomatoes and so much garlic and again chicken a bag texture. A waste of time and money and did not eat any chicken and threw it away. I hate I paid for service that took forever and to have bad food presentation and taste.Review fromShenerica A

1 starI witnessed discrimination firsthand for the 1st time in my 38 years of life from the Cheesecake Factory located in **********, ** on August 10, 2024. A white waitress rudely greeting me, my husband and my 6 year old twin boys. She took our drink orders and I requested bread with our drink order and she told us they were out of bread at the moment so we didn't mind waiting until some eventually became ready, we ordered our entrees then starting playing with our phones. A white couple was eventually seated at the table to the left and right of us, mind you we had been seated in the area first and already had orders placed before the couples we seated. The waitress was SUPER friendly to them, I purposely listened to see her tone with them. Both couples ordered their drinks and I'm not sure if they ordered food or not but our waitress immediately returned with both couples drinks and bread for both their tables, then waved us off and out her mouth said " WE ARE STILL OUT OF BREAD" and walked off! Me and my husband couldn't believe our eyes and my young son said " MOMMY WE ASKED FOR BREAD WHY CANT WE HAVE SOME AND THEY GOT SOME" it broke my heart to the core for them to witness how this white waitress treated us with 2 young sons! I immediately got upset and requested management but they never came over, I got up talking loudly and me and my family exited the restaurant but I turned around to get a contact for the ** only to be stopped at the door by someone who stated he was the ** and that I needed to leave because he was about to call the police on me for being wronged!! This was the worst situation I ever experienced because of my skin color!! My young boys are so hurt and traumatized and my husband and I had to give them the race speech at that very moment!! I will not visit another Cheesecake Factory again ever!! I have cried all night and day behind this situation! I ask that management please review the cameras to validate this situation!Review fromTaya J

Terrible service from the waiters all around! We had reservations for 3 on 08/03/2024 at 8:45 pm. In the reservation it stated that we were celebrating a birthday. After sitting down, it took a good 15 minutes for us to even receive water! When ordering we mentioned again to our waiter that we were celebrating a birthday he say ok. We get our food after nearly waiting 30+ mins just for the food to be cold but the plate hot which means the food was sitting for a good while under the heated counter tops. While ordering our meals, one of us also ordered a slice of the Oreo cheesecake, which was never brought out or added to our check! Never once did our waiter come out and ask us if the food was ok. After having to ask for our check and paying the tab, we went up to the area with the cheesecake to order the cheesecake that was suppose to be brought out with our meal on a separate tab. The woman behind the counter took 15 minutes to get us a single slice of cheesecake and then we asked for a fork which she threw the fork in the bag with a major attitude! Im all the Cheesecake Factorys I been to, this location is by far the absolute worst with customer service! Avoid! Spend the extra time driving to the next location! The Cheesecake Factory
