Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing America's Mattress for your new purchase. As a locally-owned and operated company, we strive to provide a unique buying experience allowing for a relaxed comfort test and the start of many restful nights. Your Satisfaction is our top priority, to ensure this; we offer the following guarantees and information.
90-Day Price Guarantee
Congratulations, you've just paid the lowest price in the state for your new mattress set! To ensure your low price guarantee, we will beat any competitors'' advertised price on the same or equivalent mattress set for up to 90 days from your delivery date. The total value of the offer will be taken into account.
60-Day Adjustment Guarantee
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your body to adjust to your new mattress before you form an opinion. In the event that you cannot adjust to your new mattress we will exchange it for you. Due to the adjustment cycle we will not perform exchanges before 30 or after 60 days from the time of delivery. Vendor in-home trials may super cede America's Mattress 60 Day Adjustment Guarantee. Please contact your original sleep expert, we do not offer refunds, and the following exchange restrictions apply: Mattress sets must meet a minimum purchase price of $799 (Queen) to qualify. The exchange guarantee is limited to one exchange only per set and replacement set must be of the same size and equal or greater value to the set on the original order. Any discounts received at the time of purchase do not apply to the exchange. The Replacement set will be sold at the current tagged sales price. Exchanges are not available on floor samples, clearance merchandise, custom sizes, pillows, and mattress protectors. No refunds or exchanges on Adjustable bases. The original mattress must be undamaged, in clean and sanitary condition with all law labels attached. A 10% handling fee plus $50 Delivery Fee applies to all exchange orders.
We do not remove water beds or any type of non-traditional mattress apparatuses. Please read the warranty card that comes with your mattress set and the follow the manufacturer's instructions. Remember that mattress stains (including water) will void your mattress warranty. We recommend investing in one of our guaranteed mattress protectors. Proper support is required for your new mattress set. Usage of an old box spring or improper frame foundation will void your warranty. Should you feel that your mattress is in need of warranty inspection, please contact America's Mattress to schedule an inspection. America's Mattress is not liable for replacement or repair. All work and replacement merchandise can only be authorized by the manufacturer and is subject to their rulings and regulations. Most mattresses today use cushioning materials at the surface that are designed to form fit your body. This is not an indication of a defect but rather the mattress conforming to your body.
Conditions of Order
Buyer Acknowledges receiving a copy of this order. Buyer agrees to accept possession of listed merchandise in good order according to the provisions hereon. Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Deposits on special orders are not refundable. Customer has reviewed this order and agrees that the merchandise specified on the order is as desired, including all references to size, comfort style, finish, etc. All floor models and overstocks are sold "As-is." No refunds or exchanges. This disclosure does not affect manufacturer's warranties if any. Seller makes no warranties beyond the written description of the goods on the face hereof unless otherwise stated by seller in writing. Seller expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclosure does not affect manufacturer's warranties, if any. Any returns may be subject to handling, delivery reconditioning or other charges. Order may be cancelled by seller upon refund of any deposits.
Availability is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Actual availability may vary from this estimate. Buyer agrees that changes in availability will not invalidate this order. The seller shall not be responsible for delays or defaults in delivery occasioned by wars, strikes, acts of god or the public enemy, fires, labor or transportation difficulties, or other causes beyond the control of the seller. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
