- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Cancellation Policy- All products are custom-made to order and cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after order production has begun. Changes requested by the purchaser after production starts will result in a new separate order; the purchaser will be liable for payment on both orders. However, Latreia Home Solutions reserves the right to cancel your order if: (1) The manufacturer has insufficient stock of the fabric or product required to manufacture and supply the window treatments or (2) Any of the window treatments or their components were listed at an incorrect price for any reason. Latreia Home Solutions will try to offer the purchaser a suitable alternative. If an order is canceled, Latreia Home Solutions will notify the purchaser as soon as possible and refund any monies already paid that relate to that portion of the order. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of the purchaser's order.
