      Vulcan Materials was going to provide limestone for a road my family is building; Vulcan needed to be paid up front, which my family did. Vulcan then was unable to deliver ***** ton of limestone and was supposed to refund my family $32,880 + tax. The company has not paid us our money and it has been several weeks. This is a publicly traded company and is not concerned with paying us our money.
