      MR. APPLIANCE ARE LEGAL SCAM ARTIST THE BUSINESS IS LEGAL BUT THE OWNERS OF *********************************************************. THIS PROCESS STARTED ON 3/3/2025 THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AND DID A DIAGNOSTIC. 3/12 HE REPLACED THE DRAIN PUMP THE TOTAL WAS $365.45. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED THE TECHNICIAN CAME BACK OUT AND SAID THE COMPUTER BOARD WENT OUT AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE BOARD. 3/17 THE TECHNICIAN RETURNED WITH THE BOARD. THE BOARD WAS CRACKED THE TECHNICIAN SAID THAT HE WOULD PUT IN FOR A REQUEST TO REFUND THE MONEY. I CALLED AND **** SAID HE WOULD SEND A CHECK IN THE MAIL AND IT NEVER ARRIVED AFTER SEVERAL CALLS. I DONATED $365.45 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO A BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN SCAMMING FOR YEARS. DONT HIRE MR. APPLIANCE FOR ANY SERVICES NEEDED. I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE REVIEWS AT LEAST 8 REVIEWS SAID THERE MONEY WAS NOT RETURNED.

      I would recommend this place over my dead body. All I needed was a new ignitor and I asked over the phone when making the appointment if this was something they could do; they assured me they absolutely could. They told me it would be $95 for the assessment but that would go towards the repair if I elected to proceed. (I've done my research; the part costs $20). They also said they would email me a quote before he showed up. (I never received said quote.) I was given a time when the technician would show up; I waited for him for 2 hours. He finally got here and was extremely disrespectful. He dragged his muddy boots through my house, and he refused to make eye contact once. He looked at the outside of my oven, opened the door once, and pressed the power button once. After 2 minutes he told me it would be $400 for him to order the part and come back and replace it another time. I declined the service and he said okay well then that will be $100 right now. I am beyond furious. I called the office, and they said that they never promised they would fix it and they said that I must have been given the wrong information by the last person I talked to on the phone and there was nothing they could do to help me.

      ***BEWARE*** It started out fine, but quickly went downhill. They will try to ***** and extort you while holding you hostage with a broken appliance - knowing that you have invested time and money with them and don't want to loose either. They will quote one problem with one part, show up to fix the one issue but this issue has revealed another broken part that needs more money. The lies build quickly. Finally they agreed to refund my money, but this was another lie. It has never been refunded.
