      I have a QT-54 sitting in my garage that I have had less than a month and will have to agree with the other reviews on here .Never Again !!!All I have received from customer service and warranty is the run around.*************************** that answers warranty calls is a liar, it has taken two weeks to receive the parts and he does not call you back when he promises.Save your money and lots of aggravation and buy a different brand.

      I purchased a brand new QTV-7.5, within 3 months the pump failed. It took over 4 months for a warranty pump to be delivered. Turns out a pressure switch is also bad. Tech said he will make it a priority since the pump took so long. This was done on 11/17/2023 and today is 1/2/2024 and I still have not heard from them. I called dozens of times....This had my business in trouble for a very long time. I will never do business with this company. I have multiple plants, I realize things happen, but the lack of communication from this company is ridiculous. Shame on Quincy....

We completely understand how delays are inconvenient and that due to our lead time from our supplier, we were not able to get you the pump in the time frame needed. We value your business and I'm genuinely sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations in this instance and the lack of communication surrounding your purchase.

      I purchased a QGD-50 through a local distributor. I'm not sure who is advising this particular sales rep, but we have had nothing but problems with their service. I've emailed Quincy corporate office. I'm wondering if most of these complaints are in regard to the local reps.

      I purchased a QT54 approximately 2 years ago. I also purchased the service kit that gave me a 3-year warranty. When my pump failed it took weeks to get someone to look at my unit. They kept saying it wasn't under warranty. I knew it was due to the service pack. Once a tech came, he was great and ordered a new pump. Well, its been 3 months and still no pump! I purchased this compressor from a local dealer and its used in my garage for hobby projects. I had to purchase a spare until this is fixed. Never again.

      Got a qt 54 with extended warranty, had a technician come out and tell me it will be 2 week that was in 11/11/22 going in to the 8th month and still no replacement " we're waiting on response from the factory".

      I purchased their QT54 with the maintenance kit to have the "No-Bull-Warranty". Well when it failed within 3 years (impeccable maintenance performed) all I got was BS response and a quote for replacement of the motor which would cost more than buying a new unit. I'll never buy another quincy again. So disappointed. I wish I could leave a negative review.

      I got a qt 5 compressor about 7 years ago and it was fine until about 6 mouths ago when It blow a head gasket. Since that time I have had nothing but trouble getting the parts or even strait answers out of these people let alone reasonable prices and I returned what they sent and still don't know if my money has returned. Very poor satisfaction I'm having head gaskets made my self if they don't work I guess maybe it'll end up in the junk *** comment ****-Blast St.*** In.

      Did you purchase the QT-5 from a local distributor or a commercial center (******, Northern Tool, etc). Please provide more information on what you state you returned (was it the entire 7 year old machine), the serial number and are you working with a local distributor to obtain the parts? 

      Please provide more information to assist with your issues.
