I can cancel the account with no contract but then we would have to buy an entire new system to work with a new dealer. The system we bought was supposed to be 7cameras but we only got a 6 camera system, the labor was charged at 2 people over 3 days total cost ****$ which the company said they would wait until completion to adjust the final bill.     I am rejecting this response because:
    The final bill was never adjusted or removed. We’ve paid $**** of the $**** quote. Our camera system is still missing a camera and sensors were never added to the system. Our security system hasn’t worked in months due to the business refusing service to us. We over paid our monitoring bill this week and spoke to the ********* company they have our account with. **** ******* *** ******* ** ***** ****** ****** ***** *** * ****** they said we needed ********** cameras not ********* which is the exact same set we offered to buy online ** *** **** ** ***** ***** The business **** ** ** *** overcharged for labor of two people for three days labor. Only one person showed up and it took not longer than six hours to install. When called for service they refused us based on the final bill not being paid which was the overcharged labor. Nothing was adjusted they **** ********* ** ******* *** refuse to help our camera system to work. We paid for a working system for approximately 5 months before connections were getting lost an refusal of service for the system was denied. Upon trying to reach the owner Johnathan ****** his voice mail for all customer services is full creating for no messages to be left.
