    Although the fellows seem very nice I highly question their ability to take care of my IT. I've had them out more than a few times and still they can't seem to get my network running smoothly. They always want me to sign contracts for service, back up, and password apps. Very expensive solutions for a small company. I just can't keep paying them for no resolutions to my issues. Called today with the same failures I've had all year and told it's $****** per hour to do something about it. I already paid to have this fixed! Or I can pay $****** per month per computer x7 and they will just keep coming and fixing over and over again? That's $*** per month plus tax. I don't see how small companies can afford that. Every time they tell me to upgrade something I do it and yet stuff still will not go an entire month without at least 2-3 major issues.
