      The Manager is so rude and unprofessional. My husband went to inquire a car rental and was having some questions and this Manager told my husband that " Why you keep asking, you cannot keep asking and asking questions?" , then my husband asked why are you being mad, I am just asking a question and I am a customer? It was already paid then at that time and this Manager just decided he wanted to cancel the contract just because he's ****** off. What kind of Manager is that who doesn't have the patience, understanding and customer service skills and even called my husband ******* after he ordered him to leave the place stating he has the right because it is his property and business. It is so frustrating to get treated this way especially when we were transacting in a nice way.

      Rented a SUV in Abbotsford BC . Snow melted around rubber and windshield nightfall froze the water cracking the windshield. I feel that the rubber Was at fault not me.. Bill received for 734.25 to replace the widow

      Enterprise withheld $750 after my rental car was hit while parked. I used manitoba public insurance, not enterprise's insurance. The driver at fault was also insured through mpi, and mpi has paid for the damage, the car is back on the road. The accident was Oct 17th 2022, and today, Dec 21st 2022 I have still not had the money returned. No idea why they have the $750 nor why they won't return it.
