On Sept. 15, 2017, BBB Accreditation was suspended due to a pending unanswered and unresolved complaint submitted to BBB on May 23, 2017 alleging problems with workmanship, code and inspection issues, and refund issues,  related to a drain and water heater install in 2016. BBB notified the company about the complaint and made multiple follow-up requests, but to date BBB has not received an adequate response from the company.

Due to these matters, the company is not currently meeting the following BBB Accreditation Standards:

6. Be Responsive

Address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith.

An accredited business or organization agrees to:

     A. Promptly respond to all complaints forwarded by BBB by:
         1. Resolving the complaint directly with the complainant and notifying BBB, or
         2. Providing BBB with a response that BBB determines:
                • is professional,
                • addresses all of the issues raised by the complainant,
                • includes appropriate evidence and documents supporting the business’ position, and
                • explains why any relief sought by the complainant cannot or should not be granted.

The company has until Sept. 25, 2017, to appeal this action.

The matter will be reviewed by the BBB’s Board of Directors. The Board’s next two meetings are currently scheduled on Sept. 26 and Oct. 24, 2017.
