Parts Return Policy:
If incorrect parts are shipped by Eagle Mark 4, the customer should report the discrepancy immediately to a parts representative. 
All return requests must be submitted to a representative within ten (10) days of receipt of order. Only active stock parts will be accepted.
Special ordered (non-stock) or electronic/electrical items are not eligible for return unless approved by a member of management. 
Authorization must be received prior to shipment of any and all returns. All returns must be packaged in a manner which guards against damage 
and should reflect the authorization number (RMA#) given by a parts representative. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender at the 
senders expense. Any authorized returns up to thirty (30) days from date of purchase will not be subject to a restocking fee. Returns submitted 
after 30 days and up to 45 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 45 days, returns are not normally accepted unless approved by a 
member of management. Thank you.
