In November 2018, BBB investigated Mythlogic Corporation’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a pattern of complaints, surrounding failed delivery of product along with not honoring the company’s claimed warranty. BBB attempted to reach out to the company via mail, telephone and social media. After multiple requests to the business for further information on noted website and warranty issues, the company failed to respond to BBB. Based on the return mail received, this company may no longer be in business.
