Pending Government Action
The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On 3/17/21 the State of Indiana filed Complaint for injunction, restitution, civil penalties, and costs in Cass County Circuit/Superior Court. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act, Indiana Code 24-5-0.5-1 et seq. and the Indiana Senior Consumer Protection Act, Indiana Code 24-4.6-6, et seq. The State of Indiana alleges that Bullseye took orders and accepted payments for products they knew they could not fulfill in a timely manner, did not deliver warrantied parts as promised, offered significant discounts to consumers for paying by methods other than credit card so that consumers could not dispute charges.

Bullseye was contacted on 12/2/21 by e-mail and certified mail and did not respond for comment. Certified mail was returned - unable to forward on 12/10/21
