Becky Lauridsen is the founder of IOME, a company that brings Guilt-Free Self Care to the forefront by offering high-quality mental wellness services with a mission to make mental health simple and accessible.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified LENS Neurofeedback Provider, and Certified Enneagram Coach, Becky combines her expertise with a deep passion for helping others overcome the barriers that prevent growth, happiness, and overall well-being. Through IOME’s Mental Wellness in the Workplace program, she is leading the way in creating burnout-free cultures by offering preventative mental health care that supports employees before burnout strikes.
Becky’s approach is focused on making mental wellness both comprehensive and convenient for businesses of all sizes, with onsite and virtual services designed to fit seamlessly into the workday. A proud wife to her cowboy husband, Tyler, and mother to two beautiful girls, Bryer and Brystol, Becky knows firsthand the importance of balance. She believes that mental health care is just as essential as physical health care and that taking a preventative approach is the key to long-term wellness.
